К участию в турнире допускаются все желающие игроки сеги, оплатившие турнирный взнос в размере 40 грн. Дети до 18 лет от уплаты турнирного взноса освобождаются.
23 августа 15:00 - 21:00 регистрация 16:00 - 21:00 блиц-турнир
24 августа 9:00 -9:45 продление регистрации, открытия турнира 10:00 тур 14:00II тур 16:30 III тур
25 августа 9:00 IV тур 11:30 V тур 14:00 V и тур 17:00 закрытие турнира
Турнир проводится по системе Мак Магон в 6 туров. Контроль времени - 45 мин каждому игроку, байоми - 30 сек на ход Блиц турнир проводится по системе Мак Магон в 6-8 туров. Контроль времени - 8 мин каждому игроку на партию.
Места в турнире определяются в соответствии со следующими критериями: - Количество очков Мак-Магон; - Коэффициент Бухгольца; - Коэффициент Бергера; - Сумма коэффициентов Бухгольца соперников. В случае равенства всех показателей - по личной встречей. В остальных случаях - разделение мест.
Главный судья - Качановский В.А.
Участники, занявшие 1-3 места, награждаются медалями, грамотами и призами.
Настоящее положение является официальным вызовом на соревнование.
